This is a Chickadee. This  is the state symbol of Massachusetts & Maine. This bird is very popular in some parts of USA. But it is a New England bird so a lot of Chickadees live there. So far there are there are two kinds of Chickadees. The Black-Capped Chickadee, & The Carolina Chickadee. I hope that scientists will discover more types of Chickadee soon.

These are Cardinals. The one on the left is the Male Cardinal. That means the one on the right is the Female Cardinal. The reason the female Cardinal is tannish is because so she can protect her nest. I wonder what the thing on her tail is?

This is this Yariguies Brush. This bird was recently discovered in Bogota, Colombia, South America. This bird was discovered by researchers, Thomas Donegan & Blanca Huertas. Since the Yariguies Brush Finch, the world has seen 27 different kinds of finches. This bird can be found only in Colombia, Ecuador, & Peru because of their warm climates.

The Largest Penguin

These These are Emperor Penguins. They are the largest penguins ever. They can weigh 49 to 99 lbs.They live in very cold places. Take Antarctica for example. many Emperor Penguins nest there. They can stand almost 4 ft. Their nests are called rookery.The scientific name for the Emperor Penguin is Aptenodytes Forsteri. They can live up to be 50 years old. It`s diet is usally fish, but they also eat crustaceans. Like krill and cephalopods. Like squid. I dont know why they like krill because I read in a book that krill doesn`t have it`s own taste.
